Job Title: Junior Project Engineer

Job Summary:
The Junior Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate multiple projects for the setup of battery swap stations. The role involves scheduling, mobilizing resources, managing documentation, ensuring quality assurance and control, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

How to Apply
Project Scheduling & Planning
Update, and monitor project schedules for multiple battery swap station installations.
Track milestones and ensure adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project activities.
Resource Mobilization
Plan and mobilize manpower, materials, and equipment for each project site.
Ensure logistics, permits, and site readiness are in place before execution.
Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of critical resources.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, test reports, and approvals.
Prepare regular progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for management.
Manage project correspondence and filing system for easy retrieval.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
Ensure all works comply with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Implement quality checks at key stages of construction and installation.
Coordinate site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Maintain records of QA/QC inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Support implementation of HSE requirements at project sites.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk assessments.
Promote safe work practices among teams and contractors.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management (or related field).
2+ years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
Knowledge of QA/QC processes, scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent), and project documentation practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Project planning and coordination.
Resource management and logistics.
Quality assurance and control.
Documentation and reporting.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
