How to Apply
Run the daily end of day process and ensure the system is ready for the next day’s transactions
Execute, review and verify daily backups for Core Banking and peripheral applications databases.
Ensure backups are transferred to DR site and replication is at Sync.
Perform user rights assignment and management
Configure, install and manage the applications and databases.
Provide first level and second level support for all applications and databases.
Drive and manage the IT service desk ensuring that all reported service requests from branches and customers are resolved within the stipulated SLAs.
Work with 3rd party vendors in delivering new solutions and change requests while ensuring that the business objectives are met.
Support SITs and UAT activities for all change requests.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures documents for all IT processes
Proactively communicate with business and stakeholders on any service failures and expected resolution times
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Bachelor’s degree in IT related courses preferably Computer Science.
At least 1.5 years in IT, Banking or related Experience.
Sound Knowledge of Digital Banking Products will be added advantage.
Hands-on experience in IT Applications, Core Banking Support, Infrastructure and IT Operations.
Highly analytical in problem solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking.
