Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Fresher Jobs)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of their IT systems and infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse technologies and contribute to the success of our clients’ businesses.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients in person, via phone, or email, by resolving IT related issues promptly and efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system backups, to ensure optimal performance and security.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted access to resources and services.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Document support activities, procedures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and enhance service delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across diverse platforms and environments.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS, as well as common productivity applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional support and building positive client relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple assignments concurrently.
