How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the transport app to ensure seamless functionality for riders and customers.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to riders and app users.
Coordinate with developers to implement updates, fixes, and feature improvements.
Oversee rider accounts, ensuring proper registration, authentication, and data security.
Provide training and technical guidance to riders on using the app effectively.
Manage app data, generate performance reports, and analyze usage trends for optimization.
Ensure IT compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience managing apps or IT systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with mobile app platforms and user management systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
