Job Description
The Manager – IT Continuity and Compliance is responsible for leading and managing URA’s IT continuity, risk management, and compliance functions. The role ensures the availability, reliability, and regulatory compliance of IT systems, helping the Authority maintain uninterrupted operations and mitigate technology-related risks.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT continuity plans, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure IT systems and services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews for IT operations.
- Lead initiatives to prevent, detect, and mitigate IT disruptions and security incidents.
- Coordinate IT disaster recovery planning, testing, and incident response activities.
- Supervise and mentor staff within the IT continuity and compliance function.
- Produce timely reports on IT compliance, continuity risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to IT standards.
- Keep abreast of emerging IT compliance requirements, best practices, and technological trends.
