NFT Consult
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technical configurations on PaaS platforms such as Salesforce, and other relevant tools. Additionally, the IT Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in structuring communication processes using workflow tools like Jira and Confluence. Clear and timely communication is a must for success in this role.
The key responsibilities include designing, executing, and releasing software solutions to manage existing or new requirements by Business Users within agreed deadlines. This includes coordinating with other business units and managing the IT Operations team. This role requires you to have exceptional knowledge of systems architecture, cloud platforms, and coding best practices when it comes to delivering technology solutions.
Technical Configurations:
Manage and oversee technical configurations on PaaS platforms
Ensure the efficient deployment and maintenance of these platforms to meet the organization's needs.
Communication Process Structuring:
Implement and maintain communication processes using workflow tools like Jira and Confluence.
Streamline and optimize communication channels to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Foster a culture of clear and timely communication within the IT team and across departments.
Ensure that updates, changes, and progress reports are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Manage a team of 1 IT Ops Associate and 1 Data Associate
Demonstrate clarity and detailed communication when working with team members.
Take ownership of mistakes and work towards continuous improvement.
Foster an open and collaborative work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical configurations on PaaS platforms
Proficiency in workflow tools like Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Structured: Bring a structured approach to problem-solving and project management, ensuring that tasks are organized and executed efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: Pay meticulous attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure the accuracy of technical configurations and communication processes.
People Person: Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience with on-premise server installations is a plus.
