Job Description
The IT Officer will provide day-to-day IT support, maintain systems and networks, and support data management and analysis activities to ensure secure and efficient operations. The role involves managing hardware, software, and organizational data security within the Risk and Compliance department.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for hardware, software and network issues.
- Install, configure and maintain computer and office IT equipment.
- Manage system backups, antivirus updates and data security.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of contracts to be executed by Company in its operations.
- Liaise with external IT service providers when necessary.
- Assist the Data Analyst in data collections, cleaning and validation.
- Ensure proper storage, access control and security of organizational data.
- CRB data management, reporting, query and dispute resolution.
- Client data quality assurance, reconciliation, reporting and data analysis support.
