ABC Capital Bank Uganda Ltd. is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize our IT systems and networks.
Role: IT Infrastructure Manager
Department: Information Communication Technology (ICT)
Reports to: Head of ICT & Business Technology
Location: Bank Headquarters – Kampala
Status: Open role
JOB PURPOSE
To plan, implement, and manage the bank’s IT infrastructure including data centers, databases, servers, networks, cloud systems, and end-user technologies and ensure secure, reliable, and efficient ICT operations that support business continuity, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional, Cloud Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer are added advantage.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ICT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in a financial institution or regulated sector.
Strong understanding of data center operations, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL).
