Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, servers, CCTV systems and networks
- Provide first-line ICT support to all staff
- Manage company email accounts, user access and systems
- Implement cybersecurity measures and data backup
- Develop and implement the TMHS digital marketing strategy
- Create and publish content for social media platforms
- Optimize website content using SEO
- Monitor website traffic and social media performance
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing
- Ensure consistent corporate branding across all digital platforms
