Job Description
Reporting to the Farm Manager and Directors, the IT Administrator designs and enforces cybersecurity, backup, and disaster-recovery controls; administers users and applications (ERP, intranet, email); maintains wired/wireless networks and CCTV; and leads hardware/software maintenance and upgrades. The role coordinates website development and updates, provides frontline/user support and training (especially on ERP procedures), manages ICT suppliers and SLAs, controls the IT budget and assets (e.g., toners, barcode/label stickers), and produces status reports. The Administrator proactively introduces best practices and innovations to improve uptime, data integrity, compliance, and productivity across the farm.

How to Apply
Design, implement, and maintain security architecture, fault tolerance, backups, and disaster recovery.
Administer user accounts and permissions across intranet, email, ERP, and business applications.
Coordinate, develop, and oversee website upgrades and content updates.
Provide user support: troubleshoot incidents, resolve problems, and document knowledge.
Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of ICT equipment and peripherals.
Advise leadership on emerging ICT best practices and technologies.
Build, train, and motivate ERP users; assess skills and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi; ensure high network availability across the farm.
Prepare, manage, and control the ICT budget; track assets and costs.
Ensure data security, access controls, and disaster management for all systems.
Select, manage, and evaluate ICT vendors; enforce SLAs and timely delivery of services.
Ensure availability of critical accessories for ERP and operations (e.g., toners, label/barcode stickers).
Plan and deliver ERP trainings (procedures, policies, best use); champion practical innovations.
Execute cabling and network installations, including CCTV setup and upkeep.
Prepare periodic ICT reports for the Farm Manager and Directors; perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional certifications are an advantage: ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA, MCSE (or equivalent).
5–10 years’ ICT management experience, including 3+ years in a senior/lead role.
Proven track record delivering ICT projects and managing multi-site infrastructure.
Strong skills in networking, systems administration, security, backups/DR, and ERP/user training.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
High integrity, documentation discipline, and budget/vendor management capability.
