Job Description
The selected supplier will deliver an end-to-end inverter solution covering site assessment, system sizing and design, supply of all required components, installation, testing/commissioning, user training, documentation, and warranty/after-sales support. The deployment must meet applicable electrical and safety standards, ensure system reliability and scalability, and include a clear maintenance and response plan. The supplier will coordinate closely with Ipas Nigeria to minimize downtime and deliver a high-quality, compliant installation supported by verifiable references.

How to Apply
Conduct site survey, load assessment, and propose an appropriately sized inverter system.
Provide detailed system design (single-line diagrams, bill of materials, installation layout).
Supply, install, configure, and commission the inverter system and all required accessories.
Integrate protections (surge/overcurrent), cabling, earthing, and changeover where applicable.
Perform testing, verification, and handover with commissioning and as-built documentation.
Train designated users on operation, routine checks, and basic troubleshooting.
Provide warranty details and an after-sales support plan with response SLAs.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian electrical codes, HSSE requirements, and manufacturer standards.
Offer preventive maintenance schedule and escalation/incident reporting procedures.
Maintain availability of replacement parts and technical support throughout the warranty period (and beyond, as contracted).

Registered company with proven experience delivering inverter/backup power installations of similar scope.
Operational presence in Port Harcourt (office/active operations) preferred.
Demonstrated technical capability: certified electricians/engineers and OEM-aligned practices.
Familiarity with Nigerian regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance.
Strong track record of after-sales support and maintenance services (references required).
Ability to submit comprehensive technical and financial proposals, timelines, and warranties.
Adequate insurance and statutory compliance (tax and corporate registrations).
