Job Description
NKAY Aesthetics Korean Skin Clinic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Associate to oversee stock control and inventory operations at our clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all clinic stock, monitoring levels, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all clinic stock and inventory.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Track stock levels and initiate timely reorders.
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries accurately.
- Maintain proper storage conditions and organized stockrooms.
- Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management and approved suppliers on procurement needs.
