Job Description
Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, world-class environment? Nile Breweries Ltd is officially calling for applications for our May to August 2026 Internship Intake! This is your chance to immerse yourself in the world of brewing, network with industry leaders, and develop practical skills across various departments.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
The HR Intern will:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes (posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews).
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
- Support training and development activities.
- Help in organizing employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with performance management documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
