Job Description

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees and interns.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and staff development programs.
- Support performance management processes and documentation.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in drafting HR documents, reports, and internal communications.
- Provide support in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
