Job Description
A reputable, high-profile residential estate is seeking a seasoned, highly competent security professional for the role of Chief Security Officer (CSO). The selected candidate will serve as the central authority for security coordination, oversight, and strategic advisory.
This appointment comes at a critical time as the Estate strengthens its security architecture to address identified operational gaps and elevate overall safety standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end oversight of all security operations within the estate, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and best practices.
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of all deployed security personnel and third-party security providers.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and response strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending actionable solutions.
- Coordinate incident response efforts, including investigations, reporting, and post-incident reviews.
- Establish and enforce accountability structures for all security personnel, ensuring professionalism and operational competence at all times.
- Serve as the primary security advisor to the Executive Council, providing expert guidance on emerging threats and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver periodic security reports, including performance metrics, incident logs, and strategic recommendations.
- Liaise with relevant law enforcement agencies and external security stakeholders where necessary.
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance infrastructure, and general estate safety mechanisms.
