Job Description

The Intern – Customer Care will be responsible for supporting customer service functions within JTL’s Contact Center. This position is designed to provide recent graduates with valuable workplace experience, enhancing their understanding of customer interaction, issue resolution, and service delivery in a fast-paced telecom environment. Interns will work closely with the customer service team to handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and learn to manage customer relationships effectively. The internship runs for a maximum of six months.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat

  • Support resolution of customer complaints and issues

  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records

  • Learn and apply customer care procedures and systems

  • Contribute to improving service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with other departments for issue escalation and resolution

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor within the customer care unit

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Must be a recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Customer Service, or any related Business Course

  • Must be available full-time for the entire internship duration (6 months)

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
