This position involves planning, developing, and executing manual and automation test cases, leveraging AI for test optimization, and ensuring products meet functional and quality standards. The postholder will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations—to align testing with project goals. Key tasks include documenting test results, identifying root causes, implementing continuous improvements, and staying updated with emerging testing technologies.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in QA Test Engineering.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in C# and Selenium.

  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and process improvement.

  • Ability to develop and execute automated and manual testing.

  • Familiarity with QA lifecycle and test strategy development.

  • Research skills for continuous improvement practices.

Other Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work independently and within teams.
