Job Description
Softhills Limited is seeking experienced furniture assemblers, carpenters, and installation technicians to professionally assemble and install products in various settings. This is a flexible partner role where jobs are assigned based on the individual's location, availability, and skill level.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assemble and install furniture and home/office products for customers.
- Handle products such as chairs, desks, beds, wardrobes, cabinets, TV stands, dining sets, recliners and other home and office furniture.
- Visit customer locations for assigned installation jobs.
- Contact customers before arrival when assigned.
- Handle products carefully and professionally.
- Take clear photos/videos before and after installation.
- Report missing parts, damages, defects, or customer issues immediately.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Complete assigned jobs within the agreed timeline.
- Follow installation and customer service standards.
