Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop ICT policies, procedures, standards, and user guidelines
- Manage NBI's websites, knowledge portals, helpdesk systems, and subscription services
- Administer cloud-hosted services and ensure security of email systems
- Coordinate procurement and disposal of ICT equipment
- Design and maintain LAN, WAN, cloud, and communication networks
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve the NBI website
- Support enterprise business applications including financial management systems
- Provide technical support through onsite, remote, and telephone assistance
- Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and enterprise applications
- Develop and implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures
