Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal and external software applications in line with business requirements and ICT standards
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle utilizing Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain applications using approved technology stacks including web applications, mobile, APIs, databases, and middleware
- Support and implement system integrations with the Electronic Risk-Based Supervision System and other enterprise platforms
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to existing systems
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Monitor application performance and availability, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve system issues
- Provide second-level application support and participate in incident and problem resolution
