The Human Resources Internship at SLB offers a hands-on experience within a globally respected organization. As an intern, you will be involved in key HR projects that directly support the company’s mission of recruiting, retaining, and empowering top talent. Interns will engage in cross-functional collaboration with various business units, giving them a comprehensive view of HR operations in a complex and diverse workplace.
This internship is an ideal platform to apply academic knowledge to real challenges, understand HR’s strategic role in business performance, and develop core competencies in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Internship durations vary from a few months to one year, depending on academic and business needs.

How to Apply
Support the execution of HR projects and initiatives
Collaborate with different departments to understand HR needs and implement solutions

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage
