Job Description
BRAC Ghana Savings and Loans Ltd (BGSL) is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, and self-motivated individuals for the role of Human Resources Associate. The role supports the department in the effective execution of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives;
- Support insights on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning;
- Support the Head on HR trends, data analytics, and best practices to improve employee engagement and productivity;
- Provide input on compensation structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary and benefits administration;
- Assist staff with benefits enrollment and queries (health insurance, tier 3 contributions and withdrawals, welfare contributions and withdrawals etc.);
- Track absences, leaves, and overtime records;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements;
