Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic HR Manager with over a decade of experience to serve as the backbone of our organizational growth. This role moves the company beyond traditional personnel management into a model of high-level talent optimization and professional authority.

- Culture & Mindset: Cultivate a professional environment rooted in a "how can we" attitude, breaking through limiting employee perceptions.
- Compliance & Risk: Oversee all labor relations, ensuring the organization is protected while maintaining a high standard of professional ethics.
