Job Description
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate screenings.
Support HR team members in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate screenings.
- Support HR team members in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
- Assist with new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation sessions, and coordinating training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other HR systems.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support HR team members in conducting research and analysis for HR projects and initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of training and development programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
