Coordinate and support internal staff engagements such as meetings, trainings, and events to promote a positive workplace culture. | 15% |
Work closely with the Operations Team to secure office and welfare supplies for seamless departmental functioning. | 15% |
Serve as the initial point of contact for employee HR inquiries, supporting prompt and effective resolutions in coordination with the HR team. | 20% |
Maintain employee records, update the HR database, and ensure secure storage and filing of all HR documents in compliance with legal and organizational standards. | 25% |
Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely hiring and smooth integration of new hires into the company culture and processes. | 15% |
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned in line with departmental goals. | 10% |
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Work & Social Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years in a similar HR support role.
Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is an added advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Language:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Special Conditions
The role involves regular travel between the Head Office and Factory.
