Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide HC operational support including learning and development, performance reviews, employee engagement, HC data/dashboard reports, and payroll
- Support recruitment and onboarding including job description drafting, shortlisting, interviews, background checks and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with department policies and Ugandan labor laws
- Cultivate a constructive work environment that builds employee engagement and productivity
- Participate in the development and implementation of Human Capital projects and initiatives
- Assist the H&S team to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and coordinate emergency response plans
