The Human Capital Assistant will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and training.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Capital department.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (banking details, leaves, etc.).
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries
Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies.
Performs ad hoc tasks as required.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience of 1-2years as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of labor laws
