Human Capital Assistant job at Mazars

The Human Capital Assistant will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and training.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Capital department.

  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).

  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (banking details, leaves, etc.).

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

  • Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries

  • Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies.

  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Proven experience of 1-2years as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
