Job Description
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment processes, onboarding, employee record management, and supporting staff welfare. The role also includes handling HR documentation, assisting with policy implementation, and serving as a point of contact for employee queries. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive work culture and ensure compliance with organizational and labor requirements.

How to Apply
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support employee welfare initiatives and handle staff inquiries
Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and policy documents
Monitor staff attendance and leave schedules
Ensure HR compliance with internal policies and labor laws
Support HR audits and reporting
Coordinate HR administrative tasks and communications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role
Good understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
Detail-oriented and a proactive team player
