Job Description

The HR Manager designs and implements HR policies and people programs aligned to business goals; manages end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding; oversees payroll administration and benefits; drives performance management cycles and learning plans; ensures compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal controls; leads employee relations, grievance/disciplinary processes, and engagement initiatives; partners with leadership on workforce planning, succession, and culture; maintains HRIS records and delivers timely people analytics and reports.

  • BA/BSc/HND in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–4 years’ HR experience (real estate/construction preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, payroll processes, and documentation.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • High integrity, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Professional certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an added advantage.
