Job Title: HR Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and passionate HR Intern to support the Human Resources, Learning, and Organization Development (HRLOD) department. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or student interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit HR operations.

How to Apply
Assist in recruitment and onboarding logistics
Support the organization of staff files and HR documentation
Help with planning and coordination of trainings and wellness events
Participate in organizing safeguarding and inclusion sessions
Perform general administrative tasks under HR supervision
Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of Related Experience: 3–6 months of previous experience through internship, volunteer work, or academic projects is desirable
Interest in nonprofit HR operations
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Internship Terms:
This is a non-compensated opportunity in line with HFHU’s Internship Policy
