Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and passionate HR Intern to support the Human Resources, Learning, and Organization Development (HRLOD) department. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or student interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit HR operations.

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Years of Related Experience: 3–6 months of previous experience through internship, volunteer work, or academic projects is desirable

  • Interest in nonprofit HR operations

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Internship Terms:

  • This is a non-compensated opportunity in line with HFHU’s Internship Policy

  • Interns may be provided with:

  • Tea at the office

  • Transport allowance

  • Modest accommodation while in field offices, if applicable
