Mota Engil Uganda is seeking talented young individuals to join their team as HR Graduate Trainees. This one-year program offers an opportunity to develop a career in human resources within various business areas of the Mota Engil Group.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Initial Corporate Training Program: On-boarding
- Transversal Training Program: ME Leaders Ability to Execute
- Continuous Mentoring Program
- Technical and language training (if/when applicable)
- Follow-up activities of the StartME Program/Team Buildings
- Social responsibility activities
