Job Description
Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing linens and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and restrooms.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or damages.
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Assist with laundry and inventory management of housekeeping supplies.
