Job Description
Kabale Safari Club is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join their hospitality team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a memorable experience for all guests. The role involves managing guest rooms, laundry procedures, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards
- Change bed linens, make beds and replenish room amenities
- Ensure rooms are well-stocked with supplies and report any shortages
- Report maintenance issues or damages for prompt attention
- Maintain cleanliness of all housekeeping equipment and storage areas
- Follow hotel laundry procedures when assigned
- Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Provide excellent guest service with a friendly and respectful attitude
- Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor
