Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments
- Manage front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Monitor staff performance and manage schedules
- Maintain and enforce service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with department heads for smooth operational efficiency
- Manage occupancy levels and optimize operational performance
- Collaborate with external suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce health and safety standards
