Job Description
A Premier Luxury Hotel (Prime Stay) is seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations. You will direct activities across departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervising daily hotel operations
- Managing front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaints
- Monitoring staff performance and schedules
- Maintaining service standards
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations
- Coordinating with department heads
- Managing occupancy and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners, etc.
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
