How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including handling inquiries regarding hotel policies, services, and resolving guest complaints.
Manage financial activities, including setting room rates, creating budgets, and allocating funds across departments.
Monitor revenue performance and optimize operations through effective staff management.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds to maintain cleanliness and overall aesthetic appeal.
Schedule shifts and assign tasks to staff members.
Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth coordination of hotel activities.
Meet with clients to plan and organize events, such as conventions and banquets.
Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Education: Post-secondary Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a hotel management position.
Certifications: Additional qualifications in Accounting or HR are advantageous.
