Job Description
Fountain Palace Hotel & Suites is seeking four friendly and professional hostesses to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidates will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth coordination of guest seating and dining flow.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations and coordinate guest seating efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining entrance areas
- Communicate effectively with waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries with kindness and professionalism
- Provide an overall welcoming and positive first impression of the hotel
