Job Description

As a High Ticket Closer, you will join the sales team at BAD Marketing and work with warm leads generated through marketing and appointment setting teams. You will use your experience in high-ticket B2B or coaching sales to understand client challenges, provide customized solutions, and close deals confidently. You will work closely with marketing, customer support, and sales departments to ensure a seamless client experience and consistently track and report performance metrics.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into high-ticket sales

  • Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions

  • Close deals using advanced sales techniques

  • Build trust and rapport with prospects

  • Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism

  • Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services

  • Track and report sales performance in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Follow up with potential clients

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in high-ticket sales (preferably B2B, consulting, or coaching)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong closing, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • High emotional intelligence and active listening abilities

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude

  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and virtual communication tools (Zoom, email, etc.)

  • Strong team collaboration skills
