Job Title: Health Safety Environment Supervisor

Avanti Energy Services Limited, a leading Oil and Gas Human Resource Recruitment and Consultancy firm, is seeking a HSE Supervisor to support our client in the dynamic oil and gas sector. This is a critical role for a results-oriented professional committed to advancing clear goals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conducting safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Developing and updating safety procedures and emergency response plans.
Providing training and educating employees on safety and environmental policies.
Investigating accidents, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions.
Ensuring compliance with local, national, and industry regulations.
Maintaining safety records, monitoring performance, and reporting to management.
Promoting a safety culture and fostering employee engagement in safety practices.
Managing emergency response, first aid, and environmental impact monitoring.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Oil and gas management, or a related field.
Certification: Nebosh Certificate
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HSE supervisory role, preferably in oil & gas.
2 years in Rig Management Experience
Skills: Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment, and excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills.
