Job Description
The role involves acting as the technical liaison with clients, developing proposals, and optimizing site solutions. You will oversee project deployment, lead energy audits, and manage the integration of energy systems. Responsibilities also include mentoring technical teams, developing and enforcing SOPs, and ensuring all technical activities align with organizational goals. The role requires strong analytical skills to generate comprehensive technical reports and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Client & Technical Solutions:
Serve as the lead technical liaison with clients, translating energy needs into practical solutions.
Develop technical proposals, pricing models, and optimization strategies for client sites.
Deliver technical presentations and foster strong client relationships.
Project Deployment & Support:
Oversee site readiness, conduct energy audits, and design grid integration plans.
Lead deployment and troubleshooting of CNG and hybrid power systems.
Train field engineers in system operations and safety protocols.
Team Leadership & SOP Management:
Manage and mentor technical and field teams to meet key performance indicators.
Develop and enforce SOPs for installations, battery handling, and operational processes.
Approve procurement lists and installation readiness checklists.
Reporting & Documentation:
Generate and review weekly technical reports and maintenance logs.
Document field issues, resolutions, and preventive actions.
Present complex technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree (BSc/B.Eng) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
5–7 years of experience in power systems, CNG, or telco energy infrastructure.
Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership and client engagement.
Strong analytical and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Ability to manage teams and present technical findings clearly.
