Position: Head of Sales

PayWay Uganda is a fast-growing fintech company dedicated to driving innovation in the financial technology space. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our sales team and accelerate business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to consistently exceed performance goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales initiatives support overall company objectives.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in fintech or telecommunications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Proficient in CRM platforms and modern sales technologies.
