Job Description
As the Head of Product Design, you will lead the design function and manage a team of designers working on multiple financial technology products and services. This role involves defining design strategies, ensuring consistent user experiences, and fostering innovation in product development. The successful candidate will partner with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to deliver exceptional solutions that align with customer needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring designers, setting quality standards, and driving a design culture that prioritizes user empathy, accessibility, and innovation.

How to Apply
Lead the product design function and manage a team of designers across multiple markets.
Define and communicate the overall design vision, strategy, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Fintech, Marketing) to ensure seamless product experiences.
Oversee the design of fintech products, ensuring they are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and maintain high design standards.
Guide and mentor the design team, fostering growth and professional development.
Drive research and testing to ensure design decisions are data-driven.
Promote a design culture across the organization, embedding user empathy in decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing and mentoring design teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered fintech or digital product design.
Proficiency in modern design tools and methods.
Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in fintech, lending, or consumer financial products preferred.
Ability to work remotely across multiple geographies.
