Managing and supervising the IT staff and ensuring their performance and professional development
Planning and coordinating IT projects and initiatives that support the company's growth and innovation
Ensuring the security, reliability, and availability of the IT systems and data
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and providing technical support to the users
Evaluating and recommending new technologies and solutions that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT services

QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree and a professional certification a in related field.
Minimum experience of 3 years in the financial sector.
Knowledge of Computer applications is an added advantage.
