Job Description
Own strategy and execution for field sales growth across Kenya’s key regions.
Build, scale, and lead a high-performing team of commission field agents; set KPIs, conduct reviews, and implement performance improvement plans.
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through territory planning, market development, and hands-on deal support.
Design and deliver monthly training on sales tactics, client acquisition, objection handling, and resilience.
Monitor field execution (calls, geo-checks) and ensure process adherence and pipeline hygiene.
Partner with leadership to identify new revenue streams and optimize field playbooks, incentives, and coverage models.
Track and report on performance, funnel metrics, and market feedback to inform strategy.

How to Apply
Recruit, onboard, and scale field sales agents across major cities (e.g., Mombasa, Nakuru).
Lead, coach, and motivate teams to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews; define KPIs and development plans.
Provide on-site sales support from lead gen to close; ensure consistent execution.
Run monthly training sessions for skills uplift.
Monitor workflow and field activity (calls/geo-checks at least twice monthly).
Develop and implement regional sales strategies and market-entry plans.
Report on trends, customer feedback, and opportunities; support BI/MI reporting.
Foster a high-performance, accountable culture aligned to company goals.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proven success managing large commission field teams (50+ agents) and scaling operations.
Strong sales leadership with B2B/B2C experience; territory and pipeline management expertise.
Analytical, data-driven decision maker; proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High integrity, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
