Join Prepared Finance as a Growth and Marketing Lead to drive our mission of empowering small businesses in Uganda through innovative marketing strategies.
You will help expand the visibility and reach of Prepared Finance by managing digital marketing, audience growth, and modern sales funnels to generate consistent leads.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Grow Prepared Finance visibility across social media platforms
- Create and coordinate engaging content campaigns
- Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp marketing efforts
- Generate leads and drive website traffic
- Support brand awareness and community engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and improve results
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion pipelines
