Grant Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission and programs.

Grant Application and Management: Prepare compelling grant proposals and applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with funder requirements. Manage the entire grant application process, from submission to reporting.

Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams and meet fundraising goals. Cultivate relationships with potential funders and donors.

Report Writing and Compliance: Generate detailed and accurate grant reports, highlighting program outcomes, impact, and financial accountability. Ensure compliance with grant agreements and reporting deadlines.

Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, foundations, corporations, and community organization

Project Management: Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment between grant objectives and programmatic activities. Monitor grant timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
