Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program is a structured initiative designed for ambitious and passionate young graduates seeking to build a career in the oilfield services sector. The selected trainees will undergo intensive practical and theoretical training in various operational and support departments, including engineering, logistics, finance, HSE, and operations. The program aims to develop well-rounded professionals who can contribute to the company’s success and grow within the organization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in structured on-the-job training under supervision.
Support departmental operations by learning core processes and systems.
Rotate across departments to gain multi-functional exposure.
Assist with project coordination, reporting, and documentation.
Attend training workshops, seminars, and internal evaluations.
Demonstrate continuous learning and apply feedback from mentors.
Comply with company standards, including health and safety protocols.
Undertake assignments and tasks as designated by supervisors.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related field (graduated within the last two years).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong academic record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Team player with analytical thinking
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience: No prior work experience required.
