Job Description
To support the planning and coordination in the training within the HR Department. Ensuring training activities run smoothly, records are accurately maintained, and employees receive timely and effective learning support aligned with organizational goals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and departments to confirm training requirements and logistics
- Assess and evaluate training needs / Gaps
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance lists, and training reports
- Support the development and distribution of training materials and resources
- Monitor training calendars and communicate schedules to participants
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and reports
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory training requirements
- Provide administrative support to the training and HR teams as needed
