Job Description

Job Title:  Graduate Trainee, Legal Affairs (No Experience Jobs)

Organisation: Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: Senior Officer Legal Affairs

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting standard letters to facilitate review of investigations on the accreditations and suspension matters,

  • Support in scheduling meetings with external parties in relation to accreditations and suspensions.

  • Assist with secretarial services to the Management Advisory Committee,

  • Assist to prepare periodical reports on the performance of the Department,

  • Assist in Undertaking research on matters relating to the mandate of the Authority; and

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Honours (1st Class and 2nd Class Upper) Bachelors’ Degree in Law.

  • Applicants for the Graduate Trainee opportunities must be fresh graduates who obtained a First Class or Upper Second-Class Bachelor’s degree in 2024 or later and are less than 26 years old.
