Job Description
Afriworks Engineering is seeking motivated, innovative, and driven graduates to join its team as Graduate Management Trainees in the areas of Procurement and Finance. This program is designed to provide hands-on training, practical exposure, and career development opportunities within a dynamic engineering environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support procurement and supply chain processes, including sourcing and supplier coordination
- Assist in financial operations such as budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations
- Participate in data analysis and preparation of reports
- Work closely with different departments to support business operations
- Learn and apply company systems, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
- Perform any other duties assigned as part of the training program
